The Qu-Bot Robot kit connects to the PC via USB cable (included) and is programmable through an easy-to-use QBVLab drag and drop modular icon based software program. After the program sequences have been uploaded into the robot via USB, it can be controlled by remote control or can behave according to the user defined parameters.

The Qu-Bot runs on Li-ion battery and offers hours of endless educational entertainment. Also the battery can be recharged by USB or charger included in the kit. This is an entry level product that requires no programming or robotics experience. A great practical tool for hands-on in the field of robotics.

Robot Avoider berbasis ATmega16

Aplikasi ini merupakan contoh penerapan mikrokontroler AVR ATmega16 pada robot avoider (robot yang dapat menghindar jika ada penghalang menggunaan sensor jarak Sharp GP2D12.

Sebagai sensor jarak digunakan sensor jarak infrared Sharp GP2D12 dengan output analog yang terhubungn di PA.0 dari mikrokontroler yang dapat berfungsi sebagai ADC. Kit mikrokontroler yang digunakan menggunakan SmartAVR for robotics dari e-Technology Center, dengan mikrokontroler ATmega16 yang memiliki 16kB ISP flash , IK SRAM dan 512 EEPROM (fitur yang cukup untuk mobile robot yang dapat menyimpan informasi pergerakan robot)

Roda robot menggunakan Solarbotic gearbox with wheel (GT1) yang terkenal sangat kuat dan cepat, pada gambar  di bawah juga terlihat gearbox standar untuk roda depan. Pada gambar juga ditampilkan contoh tambahan penggunaan sensor PING untuk mendeteksi jarak. Read more…

Contoh Program Sederhana Robot Pemadam Api (KRCI) dengan BS2 dan OOPIC

Helo, jika Anda ingin membuat robot cerdas, bahkan ingin mencoba untuk mengikuti KRCI, maka ada beberapa masukan dari saya, antara lain:

  1. Gunakan mikrokontroler yang memiliki fitur yang memuaskan dengan kemampuan memory yang besar, mikro seperti ATMega8535, BasicMicro, dan OOPIC dapat dicoba.
  2. Gunakan Sensor yang berkualitas dengan jumlah yang memadai, semakin banyak sensor dengan algoritma yang bagus semakin baik.
  3. Gunakan sensor penting lainnya seperti UVTRON, TPA81 Thermal array, sharp GP2D02 dll.
  4. Gunakan motor dc atau servo motor kecepatan tinggi dan daya yang besar seperti Hitech, minimal servo continuous parallax, atau mini servo MX35.
  5. Software yang paling enak untuk belajar dari dasar dan gak ruwet, cobalah basic stamp, kalau ingin bahasa assembly, kuasai dulu pemrograman assembly dasar.
